Character Creation
Build an original character from the ground up. Personality, backstory, appearance, abilities, all of it. Good for the gamer, the writer, the artist, and the teen with a whole world in their head and nowhere to put it.
Teens show up as they are, work on something real, and leave with a finished project and a few new people who just get it.
Pick a workshop on the calendar and reserve your teen's spot.
We send the details, location, and what to expect before the session.
Your teen walks into a small group, a project that's already set up, and zero pressure to perform.
Registration closes 48 hours before each session.

Each in-person group runs 90 minutes with a small group of teens.
Seats are assigned with names already on them, so nobody walks in and has to figure out where to sit.
We open with a few polls and about five minutes on one social strategy. We tell teens plainly that's what it is. Nobody in the room is great at this yet, and that's the point.
Then comes the main activity, which is most of the session. Teens choose from a few options, and that's where the strategy gets used instead of practiced at a whiteboard.
Fidgets are on the table. Teens are welcome to bring their own, along with a drink or whatever they hold onto when things get loud. Breaks are always available, and nobody makes a big deal of it.
The last stretch is a connection activity, where teens find out who else is into what they're into.
We close by asking teens what to change: the music, the activities, the instruction, all of it. Then we actually change it. Social Connections works when teens want to come back, so their feedback shapes every group.
We schedule workshops based on what teens tell us they want to do, so the lineup moves around. Check the calendar for what's coming up next.

Slime, putty, sensory bracelets, and a table covered in things worth touching. Everything is self paced, so a teen who wants to make four things can, and a teen who spends the whole time perfecting one is also doing it right. Good for the fidgeter and anyone who'd rather be doing something than talking about themselves.

Teens build a vision board around what they actually want, with guided reflection along the way. It usually turns into the session where everyone realizes how much they have in common. Good for the teen who's been asked what they want to do after high school and has no idea.

Stress happens. This one is about what to do with it. Teens try out a handful of coping strategies, rate what actually works for them, and build a personal set of strategy cards to take home. Good for the anxious teen, and for the one who's been handed a worksheet of calming techniques that nobody ever let them test.

Hands on DIY, all supplies provided. Teens pick from a few project options and build it their way, with structured steps that make it easy to jump in. Good for the teen who needs a clear task to relax into, and anything they make goes home with them, ready to use the next day.

A weekly online group where teens team up on games and puzzles and practice real social skills along the way.
$35 per session.
