    Get started

Three ways in. Here's exactly what happens with each.

Next open house not scheduled yet

Leave your email and we'll let you know as soon as a date is set.

    Choose your path

Pick the one that sounds like your teen right now. You can always change your mind later.

    Joining a group

    $50 per session.

    1

    Pick a workshop.

Check the calendar for what's coming up. Each one runs 90 minutes and stands on its own, so you're not signing up for a series.

    2

    Register and pay.

One form, takes a few minutes. Paid when you register.

    3

    Show up.

That's it. No paperwork, no intake appointment, no diagnosis.

    Joining Locked In

Locked In is a weekly online group where teens team up to take on games and puzzles together. A small group meets by video for one hour, and the challenges change from week to week. Each group opens with a few minutes on one social skill, like how to jump into a conversation online, and then teens get to use it right away once the game gets going. Cameras stay on, and teens are welcome to wear a mask or use an avatar if they'd rather not show their face. Typing counts just as much as talking, and nobody gets called on cold or asked to perform. This is community, not a class and not therapy. No diagnosis and no referral needed. Your teen just needs a computer or tablet with a camera.

    $35 per session.

    Starting coaching

    $120 per one hour.

    1

    Book a free consultation.

Pick a time that works. It's a 15 minute video call, no cost and no obligation. Parents can book it, and so can young adults reaching out on their own.

    2

    Talk it through.

We'll ask what's going on, what's already been tried, and what you're hoping changes. If coaching isn't the right fit, or a group would be a better place to start, we'll say so.

    3

Fill out the intake form and agreement.

A short questionnaire about your teen or young adult, plus a service agreement. Both are online and take a few minutes.

    4

    Schedule the first session.

The first one is about getting oriented: what's working, what's getting in the way, and setting a goal together. Everything after that is built around that goal.
